Our mission from the onset of the creation of our business was developed with one goal in mind
to offer a professional and convenient “One Stop Communications Shop” for customers, where quality products and services are our offering and outstanding customer service is always our priority. As such, ATS has been a contributing part of the local economy for over thirty-six years and has grown from the initial staff of three to a much larger compliment of committed individuals. We at ATS, look forward to the future and all the exciting changes it shall bring and we welcome the reward of partnership with new and existing customers.

-Timeline-

Algoma Telephone Systems Inc. (known better as ATS) was formed in 1979 to market two way radio products in the District of Algoma.

1980 - ATS entered this new “Business Telephone Systems” market with the intention of providing a regional source for high quality, economical telecommunications products and services.

1992 - ATS became the Sault’s premier Bell Mobility Cellular outlet. An appointment as “Bell World” soon followed. In addition to Bell cellular products and services, our store also offers Bell TV, Bell High Speed Internet, and Bell Telephone products and services and a wonderful compliment of the latest accessories, data and innovation products.

1995 - ATS Expanded to include our Alarm Central Monitoring Service. This service provides efficient and professional alarm monitoring for Commercial and Residential establishments.

1997 – We grew our Alarm Central Monitoring Service by providing sales, service and installation of Commercial and Residential alarm systems. Our alarm offerings now include Burglary, Fire, Medic and Panic systems. A specialization in CCTV and Card Access systems has made us a leader in the field, ensuring a secure environment for our customers.

2000 – ATS Became a Bell Authorized Dealer to
market Bell Business Solutions to the business community.

2013 – ATS opened Device Doctors for professional, onsite & cost effective mobile device and computer repairs.
