New Ontario Brewing Company is North Bay’s first craft brewery and the first local brewery since the original brewery located on the Lake Nipissing waterfront burned down in 1915. New Ontario Brewing Company’s mission is to bring the craft beer revolution to North Bay, providing distinguished beer drinkers with flavourful, high-quality, all-grain, natural craft beer that explores a variety of styles. At New Ontario Brewing we believe that fresh ingredients, combined with creativity and craftsmanship, lead to a superior product that our customers will appreciate as being distinctly different. Our goal is to produce a series of flagship beers as well as seasonal beers that allow us to continue experimenting and having fun with our craft. Our company motto, “Raise your pint,” alludes not only a celebratory, social enjoyment of our products, but also a subtle appeal to expect more from your beer.
