My husband and I are looking to build a home here in the Valley, but cannot seem to find the land that we are looking for. Everyone seems to be selling lots, 60 plus acres or land that has no road access. We would like around 5 acres. Aside from an agent, mls, or kijiji can someone recommend other sources we can contact? We have tried all 3 of the options listed already.
