I'm getting a lot of questions about shuttle transportation for out guests so I am going to give in and book something. The only problem is that we are so close to our wedding date and funds are running low. We would need a shuttle from the hotel to the venue, which is literally a 10 mile trip, however every quote I get is almost $1000 for before and after service. Has anyone used a company that can do one run before the wedding and one after for less than $500? TIA!!!!

Hi everyone! Does anyone have a recommendation for a bus/charter company? My husband and I are having our birthday party out of town and want to provide our guests (around 80-100) with transportation. Not looking for anything fancy, a school bus would definitely suffice! Would just need to be picked up in southie brought to the party and brought back at the end of the night. Any help is much appreciated, thank you!

This may be difficult, but here's hoping to get some info... Wedding is on August 15th in Gearhart, OR. We're in need of a shuttle service of some kind because the location doesn't allow parking of more than ~10 cars. Our guests are staying in varying hotels within a 5-10 minute drive. I've been considering renting a 15 passenger van to do so, but with details such as finding someone from our guest list to drive (read: stay sober) and the price of having to rent it in Portland (which would mean having the rental for at least 2 days AND gas), the cost (~$600) seems a bit steep. Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe a better way to organize car pooling for people staying at the same hotels?

Does anyone have recommendations for a shuttle/bus for wedding guests to and from hotel? The hotels don't have shuttles and a limo company I have contacted would be over $900. Looking to see if anyone has any cheaper ideas:) thanks!
